Steve Croft, Founder

Steve Croft is a sales and business development leader with experience spanning front-line sales, revenue strategy, and executive-level growth initiatives.

He began his career in direct sales, building a strong foundation in relationship-based selling, trust, and disciplined execution. Over time, Steve transitioned into senior business development roles, working primarily in healthcare and service-based industries where complex buying cycles and long-term relationships are critical.

Most recently, Steve helped double year-over-year revenue within a healthcare services division while building an $8M+ sales pipeline in under twelve months. His work focuses on identifying real opportunities, engaging the right decision-makers, and implementing sales strategies that are practical, measurable, and sustainable.

Steve brings a calm, consultative approach to every engagement and works closely with leadership teams to build revenue systems that support long-term growth.
